We serve mouth-watering, award-winning ice cream from our seriously cool and iconic Volkswagen vintage vans and trailer. About us Based on the North Norfolk coast in a small town called Holt, The Splitscreen ice cream Company has been running for over 12 years but was taken over by us at the start of 2021. We pride ourselves on our ice cream vans, the ice cream we sell and our personalised customer service. We own 2 beautiful VW vintage ice cream vans and a vintage ice cream trailer, which attend music festivals, classic car shows, VW festivals, vintage events and Country shows to name a few. We also cater for Weddings, private parties and corporate events. We use eco-friendly serveware, run off electric when we need to, as our freezers are holdover freezers and will maintain temperature for 12 hours and use sustainable suppliers to help us to reduce our impact on the planet. About our vans Mimi is our VW 1964 SO2 High top Sales Flap Splitscreen ice cream van. She is believed to be the only original factory ordered VW ice cream van left worldwide. Minty is our VW 1977 High top Baywindow ice cream van. She was made as an ice cream van and was used in Germany, then France, before being shipped over to the UK, where she was lovingly restored. The Ninky Nonk is our 1962 vintage ice cream trailer. It was purpose built and is the only one left in circulation as an ice cream trailer in the UK. About our Ice Cream We serve award winning scoop ice-cream from Marshfield Farm, a small organic farm in Wiltshire. Marshfield pride themselves on running the farm in accordance with Soil Association standards meaning animal welfare, self-sufficiency and sustainability are their top priorities. Straight from the farm and made with fresh farm milk, the entire product range is suitable for vegetarians and free from artificial colours & flavours. For vegans and those with a dairy intolerance, we also offer Marshfield’s plant-based range of ice creams and sorbets, as well as Scoop’s ice cream for dogs to ensure all members of the family can enjoy a scrumptious ice cream.
