The Pizzas

We make epic wood fired pizzas, each one is hand stretched, not a rolling pin or dough roller insight! Our pizza’s have a light and chewy crust and are made with fresh high quality ingredients.

The Dough

We make all our own dough using only the best Italian 00 flour, yeast and salt. It is then fermented for a minimum of 24 hours. This process allows the dough to develop flavour slowly creating our soft, chewy, blistery crust with charred spots known as leoparding.

The Toppings

We pride ourselves on using the finest quality ingredients to make all our pizzas. Our tomato sauce is made using the best plum tomatoes which we crush with olive oil, oregano and salt. 
We use a quality cows milk mozzarella and top most of our pizzas with Grana Padano cheese too. 
We use fresh garlic (no jars or pastes here) which gives even our simplest pizza the “Marinara” the most exceptional flavour!

This is an epic pizza and it’s made with our proper homemade turkish spiced lamb donner. (No nasties here) 

Mad-Donner

Despite the hot honey it’s not too spicy at all. It’s meaty with a little hit of sweet. It’s definitely our most requested pizza and guests at our events always comment on how good it is.
