About The Yeast Brothers
The Yeast Brothers is a pizza company that was founded in 2021 by two Brazilian chefs who have been active in the London pizza scene for several years. They wanted to create something unique, so they combined traditional techniques with bold and modern flavours to come up with their own pizza style. Every day, the dough is handcrafted and put through a lengthy fermentation process that lasts for at least 48 hours to achieve the desired flavour profile and texture. The extended fermentation process allows the flour enzymes to untangle, eventually linking up with the gluten, enriching the dough's structure, making it easy to digest, and perfect to be paired with drinks. This process aims to achieve a unique taste and fantastic texture, resulting in a crispy, light, and puffy crust. After operating pizza shops in South East London for several years, they decided to expand their business by including a street food setup. They have a pizza van, equipped with a wood-fired oven, which allows them to cater to a wide range of events, including birthdays, weddings, corporate parties, festivals, and more.
