Hummus is a delicious dip made from chickpeas, tahini, lemon, and spices. It’s commonly eaten in the Mediterranean & Middle East. Our Hummus is coarse and luxurious and pairs with our Lahmacun wraps, its also incredible to dip into with our flatbreads.
Turkish white bean salad, aka Piyaz is a traditional Turkish side dish/salad recipe made from white beans, tomatoes, red onion, parsley and a our signature Turkish salad dressing. The fresh flavours make a perfect accompaniment to our delicious Lahmacun wraps.
The legendary Turkish Lemon soda or "gazoz" as it is known in Turkey, perfect to wash down those eastern flavours.
