With over 15 years of hospitality experience husband and wife team, Eryn and Caroline, embarked on a journey to create the ultimate burger experience. Hence ‘Three Cuts Burger’ was born after deciding to close the doors to their restaurant in December 2022 and focus on the street food side of the business. Quickly growing organically from a single 3 X 3 Gazebo set up to having 3 entire Gazebo set ups and a 20ft Amobox trailer (with another on the way!) Three Cuts is forever striving to create the best Burger experience possible. Specialising in using high quality fresh ingredients to create each and every burger and side order, we believe that a burger shouldn’t be “just a burger” it should be the ultimate comfort food, the not so guilty pleasure and the thing you most look forwards to at the end of a long day. Working in unison with our award winning butchers, Astles of Portsmouth, we created a unique burger blend using our Three Cuts of beef; Chuck, Brisket and Short Rib. These Three Cuts ensure our burgers have great flavour and depth to them whilst enabling us to keep the fat content just right to ensure the perfect juiciness of a hearty burger. Serving from our Steam Punk, Butchers Block, Industrial style Amobox trailer we offer both the style of a cool set up but also keeping the substance of an awesome high quality smash burger. Both equally important when delivering that, all important, customer experience. The product we serve may be burgers but what we’re actually providing is smiles on faces and memories created. Having worked across all types of events; from weddings and parties to music and food festivals to corporate events and breweries we have experienced all types of events in the street food industry. We believe that our constant strive to create the ultimate burger experience possible sets us apart from other street food traders. From the ingredients we buy, the processes we use and the staff that join our team we seek to ensure the customer is getting the very best from us. Brisket Burger
Two Smashed patties, American cheese, slow cooked pulled brisket, caramelised red onions, roasted garlic aioli, mixed leaf salad served on our semi-brioche bun
