Bespoke Premium Sushi, Sashimi and Tataki Platters
Choice of salmon, tuna, hand-picked crab, soft shell crab, smoked eel, scallop, squid, octopus, yellowtail, prawn, sweet shrimp, cucumber, Katsu pork or chicken, duck, avocado, and seasonal vegetables.
Poke Bowls
Diced salmon, tuna or sweet potato sashimi served on steamed sushi rice and topped with salad vegetables and a sesame dressing.
Tempura
King Prawn, Soft Shell Crab or Mixed Vegetables served with chilli mayonnaise.
Gyozas
Prawn & Leek, Pork & Cabbage or Vegetable Gyozas serves with mild Wasabi dipping sauce.
Donburi Bowls
A bowl of rice topped with a choice of Crispy Chicken Kara-Age, Teriyaki Chicken, Salmon or Roasted Duck, Pork Mabo Tofu, Chicken or Pork Katsu, Chicken, Pork or Aubergine Katsu Curry, Spicy Tuna and Prawns, Prawn, Pork or Vegetable Gyoza, King Prawn Tempura. All served with seaweed garnish or Japanese pickles.
Ramen Bowls
A bowl of ramen noodle soup topped with a choice of Char Siu Pork, Mixed Seafood, Spicy Tiger Prawns, or Chilli Chicken.
Katsu Burgers
Panko coated pork or chicken fillet (courgette alternative available) with Japanese coleslaw, rocket, red onion, Tonkatsu sauce, and a brioche bun.
