Returning back home during a grey and miserable February, they decided to throw caution to the wind (and the rain) and purchase a beautifully vintage Renault Estafette van, now known as ‘Poppy’. On the Pop-Ice menu you will find premium Devonshire ice cream and sorbets, including alcohol-infused flavours (perfect to get your party 'popping') and their very own cocktail-inspired poptails too which can be made bespoke to your special event. Pop-Ice can also supply an additional 'Tuck Shop' menu of baked goods, sweets, snacks and hot and cold drinks, perfect for festivals and studio catering.  With 'Poppy' and the new addition to the family 'Mini-Pop' the ice cream cart, Pop-Ice can offer a catering service all year round, both outdoors and indoors, so you and your guests can enjoy their tasty treats whatever the weather!  From day one, Pop-Ice have operated an environmental policy designed to reduce their use of fossil fuels by adding solar panels and leisure batteries to 'Poppy', making them unique within the mobile catering industry. Since 2012, Los Churros Amigos have been serving the freshest churros and melted Belgian chocolate. They aim to excel in two key aspects: quality and efficiency. To do this they come armed with the right equipment, the hardest working and friendliest staff, and almost an infinite amount of churros! This means Hugo and his team can ensure there’s no running out of their incredible churros or slow moving queues at your event.  Their churros marry the traditional Spanish sweet with an English sweet tooth, bringing milky but rich Belgian chocolate together with light, fluffy and crunchy dough. Los Churros Amigos have taken care to ensure their suppliers are UK based where possible and now use Cornish sea salt, UK beet sugar and organic flour from a local mill in the Cotswolds. The only thing that isn't UK based is the chocolate but they figured leaving that to the Belgians was a good compromise. Their churros can be made vegan even with a vegan chocolate dip, designed to emulate the milkiness of standard chocolate but being entirely devoid of milk and just as delicious.  Los Churros Amigos have worked at most major festivals in the UK, served NFL, football and rugby fans at Wembley and Twickenham and carried out month-long, branded university tours for YouTube and other huge brands. Hey You! We started off our journey taking over a smoked meat company (delicious I know) but we found there just wasn't enough flare to our meals. We have since rebranded after falling in love with all things STREET FOOD and have crated 'The Street Kitchen'. You will notice our logo states Est. PR4, we love this talking point people often after where in Lancashire we are based and surprisingly no matter how far across the country we go someone always know little old Kirkham. Back at home we have Bistro/Deli (as of August 2023 under going a refurb) which offers a wide range of Street Food dishes all of which are presented beautifully. In the current climate we know we all 'eat with our eyes' to begin. We try to source as much of our produce as local as we can, we are HUGE in supporting businesses of all sizes! Our food truck has a lovely brick effect to it combined with a grass feature also, we absolute Love it and think it adds some real class to events. Our team are either family member's or friend's to us so you will get a real warm, friendly vibe at all events. We can't wait to meet you! At Bullhorn's we specialise in American Street Foods, think big, think loaded, think TASTY! We use all our own house rub on our meats to create that perfect flavour! Everything is handcrafted to add authenticity to every meal we serve. Our truck has really clocked the miles in since we started having worked with some amazing companies and people across the UK. Our company was created from pure passion for BIG foods. We work to create new dishes often and try to use all local produce; something we are big on is helping within the community. We brought the best barbecue from Brazil to England, we serve it in the form of a sandwich to innovate and make it easier for the customer to takeaway, Our sandwich is unique and with our own recipe served with a thin and fresh wrap bread with our exceptional barbecue of several meat options : chicken, rump, brisket, mixed, prawns, Brazilian sausage, vegan and vegetarian options: cheese with artichoke, marguerita (tomato, cheese and basil) and Mushroom with cheese, all sandwiches are accompanied by grilled onion and fresh salad(rocket salad). Optional cheese topping and chips as an accompaniment. Total packaging and forks are eco-friendly. As drinks options we serve our fresh lemonade, water and soft drinks. Our barbecue is smoked on cherry wood for 6-12 hours Cherry is a food safe and sustainable wood, our Brazilian sausage is our own manufacture and all other meats are carefully selected taking into account their provenance and excellent quality with total Traceability, we import our own charcoal from Brazil of excellent quality and from sustainable reforestation. we are specialists in festivals and events from small to large, we work with our food truck and our tent as a vintage locomotive. We have years of work and experience in events and festivals. We participate in several festivals every year : Silverstone (Formula 1, Moto GP, Classics,…), Alexandra Palace, Hampton court Palace, Blenheim palace, TRUCKFEST, Motorshow Festival, Latino Festival, Porthleven food festival, St. Ives Food Festival, Truro Festivals, Leeds castle concert, Boardmaster Festival, Lytham Festival, and many more. By being present to the biggest music and motorsport events in the uk, we are dedicated to serving our customers the best quality and joy through a sandwich, aiming to provide a gourmet dining experience that would transmit a pleasure of eating excellent food at the commodity of where they are sited and their budget. Allowing our customers to drift away from the usual fast food experience at festivals and allowing them to have the best of barbecue at an easy access. In order to deliver this easy access we aim to achieve very quick customer service, we innovated our set up for quicker output, where our clients can have a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes at our busiest events from the moment they join the queue to receiving their order, this avoids any frustration or inconvenience from our clients as there is a lot more to a festival than waiting in queues.
