Make It So Coffee is on a mission, to serve out of this world coffee to the Universe! Hi there, I own and run a one of a kind unique pick-up truck converted to be a mobile coffee specialist. I've always had an interest in coffee and finally decided to do something about it! So after a career in the RAF and Aviation, I now want to serve you and your guests the best damn coffee you've ever had. I do all types of hot coffee, Latte, Cappuccino, Cortado, Macchiato, Flat White, Americano, Mocha and of course, Espresso. To complement these, flapjacks, brownies, muffins and caramel slices. I can swap these as required for events and also can discuss anything specific like pastries. Other drinks are my amazing Hot Chocolate, plenty of flavours of tea and cold drinks. All served from the truck which is a masterpiece to behold! I aim to be as sustainable as possible and to that aim, use recyclable, biodegradable cups and compostable lids which I invite customers to bring back to me rather than throwing them in a regular bin to be recycled. I serve Oat, Coconut and Soya milks as an alternative to dairy and never charge for these, why should someone who has an allergy have to pay for there milk? My water is in cans rather than single use plastic as cans are infinitely recyclable. The speciality here is the focus on the coffee, I am on a mission to change people's coffee drinking habits from extra large (you just pay for more milk/water) to a smaller richer taste and to be able to literally taste the coffee. This coffee is truly special, from a small farm in Sicily, wood roasted to give it a unique woody, chocolatey flavour and a caffeine kick, yet mellow in taste. I can work pretty much any event, if there is an outside plug for power then even better but I am self sufficient and can set up in the middle of a field or at the top of a mountain! I have worked a couple of events this summer, a 50th anniversary of Whilton Marina in Daventry and several Families Day, Woodland events in Aldershot so am versed in stock required and needed for a range of people from 30 to over 500 and can tailor to your exact requirements.
