Martini. Frozen not stirred. We put a theatrical spin on the classic cocktail and avoid using ice. We do not dilute the taste or experience in any way. Instead, we shake up a cocktail with a -196 degree blast of nitrogen, turning it from liquid to a silky frozen consistency before your eyes.

You might normally want a coffee to go, but you’ll definitely hang around to watch the humble bean transform into our nitro cold brew coffee.Like watching those layers of creaminess turning into a shimmering black curtain when you order a pint of Guinness, we combine coffee with nitrogen gas to create a cold brew coffee that has a super smooth taste and is a joy to watch being created. The nitrogen also helps extract the flavours and add a smooth, creamy head.
