Hey You! We started off our journey taking over a smoked meat company (delicious I know) but we found there just wasn't enough flare to our meals. We have since rebranded after falling in love with all things STREET FOOD and have crated 'The Street Kitchen'. You will notice our logo states Est. PR4, we love this talking point people often after where in Lancashire we are based and surprisingly no matter how far across the country we go someone always know little old Kirkham. Back at home we have Bistro/Deli (as of August 2023 under going a refurb) which offers a wide range of Street Food dishes all of which are presented beautifully. In the current climate we know we all 'eat with our eyes' to begin. We try to source as much of our produce as local as we can, we are HUGE in supporting businesses of all sizes! Our food truck has a lovely brick effect to it combined with a grass feature also, we absolute Love it and think it adds some real class to events. Our team are either family member's or friend's to us so you will get a real warm, friendly vibe at all events. We can't wait to meet you! At Bullhorn's we specialise in American Street Foods, think big, think loaded, think TASTY! We use all our own house rub on our meats to create that perfect flavour! Everything is handcrafted to add authenticity to every meal we serve. Our truck has really clocked the miles in since we started having worked with some amazing companies and people across the UK. Our company was created from pure passion for BIG foods. We work to create new dishes often and try to use all local produce; something we are big on is helping within the community. We also have an American Deli shop based in Kirkham which is a little gem of USA goodness.

We operate year round. Our summer season is focused on major festivals, racecourses, music events, and sporting fixtures, while our winter season is proudly spent trading at the Christmas Markets. To meet the varied requirements of different events, we offer a diverse fleet of food units, each designed to suit specific aesthetics, capacities, and operational needs. Vintage food trucks provide a striking retro look that draws attention and creates a memorable talking point for customers. Marquee and build-up setups are ideal for events seeking a rustic, handcrafted feel. Converted shipping containers are purpose-built for high-output, high footfall events, allowing us to maintain excellent food quality while delivering fast service and manageable queue times. New for this year, we are launching our Travelling Greek Taverna, a converted shipping container currently being built in collaboration with a London based stage set builder. Designed as a fully immersive experience, the unit recreates the atmosphere of a traditional Greek taverna, combining authentic food with detailed theming to enhance the overall event environment. We have proudly traded at some of the UK and Ireland’s most respected events, including Glastonbury Festival, the British Grand Prix, Goodwood Festival of Speed, Reading Festival, Electric Picnic, the Royal Highland Show, the Great Yorkshire Show, and Badminton Horse Trials, among many others. Our focus is simple: great food, strong branding, efficient service, and visually striking units that elevate every event we attend. Inclusivity sits at the heart of our business. All of our menus are designed to offer a broad and balanced range of options, with vegan and vegetarian dishes available across every concept we operate. All units are built with allergen awareness at the forefront. Menus are clearly structured and labelled, enabling our teams to confidently accommodate the majority of dietary and allergy requirements while maintaining efficient service in high-footfall environments. Accessibility is carefully considered across our fleet. This includes lowered service counters on container units to support wheelchair access, large-format menus with a minimum font size of 18 positioned at accessible heights, and clear, simple menu layouts to assist customers with visual or cognitive impairments.
