After a solid career in fine dining, Katie hung up her chef's whites a few years ago to bring superlative sausages to the party. Katie and her team are super passionate about using quality local ingredients and providing a bespoke service for every event they cater. What’s more, they collaborate with their local butcher to make the sausages, so you can't get these dogs anywhere else!
Their hotdogs are served on a bakery-fresh cornmeal topped roll and topped with all sorts of goodies. Signatures include Club Tropicana: gouda, crispy bacon and pineapple chutney, to the classic Oktoberfest: sauerkraut, mustard and crispy onion.
And if hotdogs aren't your thing, they whip up an excellent Sloppy Joe, chock full of barbecue pulled pork, gouda and dill pickles, served with a smile on a fresh bakery roll. And not forgetting their veggie and vegan friends, there’s plant-based swap outs for all their menu items.
Mama Sue’s are also a conscious kitchen and source their meat from a local butcher and use local veg market produce wherever possible. Their containers are made from sustainable sugarcane and birchwood cutlery—both fully recyclable/compostable—and they’ll only ever use 100% recycled paper napkins. They’re even experimenting with growing their own peppers. No luck as yet but they remain hopeful!
