We have two units - one is a custom-built horsebox which is great for small gatherings and weddings. Our other unit is what we refer to as our 'festival rig'. It is a large custom-built oven that can cook 6 pizzas at one time in under 90 seconds. The size of the oven combined with the speed of the fire means we average around 120 pizzas per hour, which means very short waiting times for festival goers!
