Hook & Cook was born after being at a festival and hearing traders talking about local produce, ethical and sustainable measures but seeing fish being really underrepresented. So I set about a few dishes that I knew would get people excited about eating fish, spoke with a fishmonger I'd known for years about getting fish only from day boats so it would support local communities and eventually settled on slinging out great fish finger sandwiches to the Great British public. Hook & Cook mainly are a streetfood, parties, events and pop up restaurant offering with the ability to do small private dinner parties as a tasting menu. As a business we have only 3 rules "is the fish seasonal?", "has it been caught ethically and by a day boat?" & "do people want to eat it?". If the answer to all 3 is yes, we go for it. Early in menu planning we noticed we were actually naturally dairy free using things like coconut milks for depth of flavour and took the decision to use gluten free breadcrumbs so we could easily cater for Coeliacs and other Gluten-Free dietary requirements by switching out the bun as they presented themselves. We are really passionate about using local produce, bold flavours and keeping the menu seasonal, so you'll see the fish we use change throughout the year, this helps us prevent overfishing and also help support the British fishing communities. We are Plant the Seed - we make incredible vegan food, not just for vegans! We started as a sandwich delivery service, bringing joy to our neighbours by bikes during the first lockdown, and we got such an overwhelmingly good response that we never stopped! We are now set up as a street food stall travelling around the South East, we stock local shops, we do frequent popups and we have a permanent weekday kitchen residency at a smoothie shop in Hastings. Our menu includes classic sourdough takeaway sandwiches, grilled sourdough sandwiches, vegan 'fried egg' breakfast baps and vegan brunch specials. Our sandwiches take plants to a whole new level! And in a short space of time, we have amassed a 'cult following' that attests to that. We believe food is one of life's biggest joys and should be just that - joyful! No cruelty, no compromises. We just want to make good food that helps you do a little good for the planet, for the animals and for your health.

Established in 2018 by South-East London based siblings Joshua, Catherine and Robert, C’est Cheese is on a mission to share our delicious halloumi fries, gourmet grilled cheese and scrumptious macaroni with the world! From our humble beginnings at local street food markets and village fayres, we have since grown the business, trading at much larger public events and music festivals – Wireless, Lovebox Download, Slam Dunk, to name but a few! Our famous deep-fried halloumi is sourced straight from Cyprus – the real deal! – before being dusted in sumac and chilli, drizzled with mint yoghurt and pomegranate molasses, and finally topped with fresh mint leaves and pomegranate seeds. The gourmet grilled cheese toasties are served on award-winning sourdough from our favourite local supplier and loaded with our three-cheese blend – British Cheddar, Monterey Jack and Mozzarella. Other toppings include Chorizo & Chipotle, Bacon & Maple Syrup, Jerk Chicken and Mediterranean veg. And if you aren’t already salivating, then enter our Mac ‘n’ Cheese. With a delicious cheese sauce combining mature cheddar, mozzarella and parmesan, toppings such as Southern Fried Chicken, BBQ Pulled Pork, or Grilled Vegetables deliver a modern twist to this timeless classic. All this delicious food is served from our shiny Airstream trailer, or vintage Mercedes van – either is sure to be a fabulous addition to your next event.
