Cue Point Ltd are completely unlike most 'barbecue' companies. They've turned the smoked bbq world on its head by infusing and integrating techniques and flavours from around the globe, aiming to truly create the first all-inclusive barbecue company in the UK. To do that they needed a machine, so they invested in a 14 ft, custom-made BM2 reverse flow, wood-fired barbecue beast (we don't quite understand what that means either, but it's big) which allows them to grill, smoke and roast whatever and however they please. They also have various sizes smokers to cater to different sized venues and events. They purchase their meat in the most direct way possible to limit the production methods, wastage and maintain quality control and they also butcher in-house. They pride themselves in creating as much as possible in-house for example garlic, chilli, onion powders, sauces, rubs, gravies, jams, liquors & pickles. This way they can be in full control of their flavour profiles as well as limiting wastage!
