Introducing Joe’s Dough Pizza, a vibrant pop-up food business born from a deep passion for authentic Italian cuisine and a love for crafting perfect pizzas.

After my mother sadly passed away nearly two years ago, the eldest of seven Sommi children, born to Anglo-Italian parents, Alfonso and Winnifred Sommi, I decided to fulfil one of my passions, as well as celebrate her life.

Forcella offers tantalising and tasty pizzas influenced by the traditional cooking methods and flavours of Southern Italy.

We set-up this business in 2021.

Mostro Pizza has been built to bring premium restaurant quality Neapolitan pizzas to any location, from a driveway outside your home to office block.

After 10 successful years in the restaurant business, we decided to follow our dreams and sourced our first mobile wood fired oven.
