We set-up this business in 2021.  We got booked to do a lot of festivals and weddings and absolutely loved it! So we work from a 3X3 gazebo with X2 Ooni gas ovens cooking freshly made pizza right in front of you. The pizzas cook in 60 seconds in the Ooni ovens. We make all the dough our self 24 hours before hand to give it the best fermentation. 
We cater for all types of events, Festivals, street food, weddings, birthdays and more! We work with the client on what would work best for them. We do cater for vegetarians and for Vegans. 
We can work with the client regarding the menu and if they want things changed or added 
We also do not need electricity.
