Profit-share: we split a percentage of our profit with our team. Produce: nearly all our products now come from the UK. Our flour is from Wildfarmed and regeneratively farmed, our meat comes from Cobble Lane Cured and Cranstons our local butchers and our cheese is produced in the UK. Sustainability: we offset travel miles to festivals with a local tree planting initiative; all our packaging is biodegradable; we are continuously reducing food miles and getting vegetables local to events; wood is sustainably sourced from within 25 miles of our unit.
