Carlos has worked in and run both Mexican and Mediterranean kitchens for many years and Emily has worked in management positions in pubs and cafes. What started with the spark of an idea one night has rapidly developed into the catering enterprise that we are today. Based in South Somerset, we now travel all over the South West bringing the flames to you. We are lucky enough to be surrounded by the freshest and best produce and source as much as we can from local suppliers. All our meat comes from Bagnell farm, our potatoes from our local grower and fish from Kingfisher of Brixham. We cater for anything from intimate parties to large weddings, corporate events, pop ups and street food festivals creating menus to suit each individual event and customer.
