It all started in 2018 when I could no longer have dairy and being a big fan of ice cream the only dairy-free alternatives I found were icy sorbets. I work out of kitchen in SW London making small batched gelato (8 litres max) The beauty of this is, depending on the flavours picked, I can offer a free-from product which has been very popular in the past when trying to cater for a variety of dietary needs. Our fruit flavours use 100% fruit, no flavourings and love working with seasonal fruits where possible. I'll challenge anyone to clean and prep 6kg of fresh strawberries ready to churn. Bring it on!! I offer all the classics you would find in a gelateria minus the bright blue bubble gums etc, however I do have mint choc chip as this was my favourite as a child and still seems to be very popular today. You can find me serving out of my bright pink bike or cart anywhere from Putney Embankment to Bohemia Market place in Hackney.
