Black Cactus initially started as a speciality coffee company. Through high demand, passion for cooking and gap on the market we evolved into fully self-sufficient coffee and food truck offering slow cooked meats, loaded buns/rolls and a range of other smoked vegetarian and vegan based dishes. Black Cactus has become our journey of discovery, an ever evolving and eclectic range of tastes and cultures, all presented to you in a street food style. We are on a mission to shake the street food industry and offer restaurant quality food from a truck. Classic flavours with our own twist paired with beautifully smoked meats served with an incredible espresso - does life get any better? If you like "slow food" where all dishes are made from scratch, then you'll like the smoked flavours we are creating – from wagyu brisket rolls to beef cheek barbacoa. Everything is made in house (yes, all the sauces too!) with lots of love and care, this is a passion project which has gone full-time, so our fulfilment is found in creating something truly special. The food and coffee truck doesn’t just look smart it is fully kitted out with high-end commercial coffee and kitchen equipment. Our truck is self-sufficient with gas and a roll out generator – no power supply needed. We cater for pop up events, weddings, private parties, corporate events – you name it.
