Our goal is to fill the niche at markets and events for food that is both hearty and nutritious, with a focus on sustainability practices in the business. We have a strong green initiative, as we believe that good food does not have to come at the cost of the planet. Upon entering the catering industry, we quickly discovered that there is a shortage of high output traders that base their dishes around fresh produce and healthy eating. And so the Sourdough Wraps stand was born. We set this business up over 3 years ago, with the dream to cater to all of us who are becoming more mindful of what we eat and where our food comes from. We're more than food – we're the real deal, serving up all-natural, flavourful eats.

Ansum food co. is our beautiful vintage food truck specialising in wood fired food and based on the North coast of Cornwall. And us, Amie and John. Hello! Our food revolves around our wood fired oven, designed and built by John's very own hand. Our 1978 French wooden clad van was converted from a horse box into a wood fired kitchen by us, with a huge help from our talented friend Ben (thanks Ben!), and any friends we could bribe with the promise of pizza into lending us a hand. We are the butchers bakehouse a family run bakery in the heart of St Columb Major. We started in covid 2020 in the old butchers. Since opening in 2020 we found that the demand for quality bakes goods was in high demand. Now we have two more branches in Wadebridge and in Porthleven. All our goods are handmade by us using traditional techniques and with no artificial chemicals added. Something that we thrive on. We offer pastries traditional and others with wild flavour pairings, sourdough, tray bakes, cookies, sourdough and toasties. Our bakes are purely sold within our premises and are unable to purchased anywhere else in cornwall.

We sell locally grown, hand picked, fresh Cornish strawberries presented in a combustable cup covered in luxury Belgian chocolate. The chocolate is melted using a special machine which pumps the chocolate out of a tap right in front of the customers eyes which they love to watch. We also offer cups of marshmallows as well as a special (and delicious) Dubai chocolate strawberries. You can order a Cornish cream tea and we provide instructions on how to construct it perfectly (i.e. jam first!). Our trailer or wrapped in red and decorated with strawberries so it stands out at events. We can operate at high volume and operate a quick service which is great for high footfall events and avoids queues.

The Little Fish Hut is a family-run catering company from Cornwall established in 2015. Starting out with their unbelievably good fish and chips, they decided to add to their offering and can now offer BBQ, paella, afternoon tea and more. They’ve catered over 120 weddings as well as being regulars at large festivals in the South West. Monsta Pizza serves hand-made, hot and original pizza using their own perfected sourdough recipe. Monsta Pizza is a collaboration between two dads - a pizza chef named Chris and a creative named Chris. It’s more than just another pizza place, it’s a concept created out of a frustration for the lack of imagination and quality for hungry, bored families. As well as serving their pizzas at family-focused public events, Monsta Pizza are available to hire for all private parties and corporate functions. Their sourdough is made fresh the night before every event and slow proved for a perfectly soft, light texture and then flash baked in their wood-fired oven for that perfect rise and crunch. Monsta Pizza’s toppings are original and handmade using fresh veg, Fior di Latte mozzarella, high quality cooked or cured meats and seasoned with infused extra virgin olive oils, sea salt and parmesan. As if that wasn’t enough, their pizzas are accompanied by cracked black pepper, fresh rocket, homemade salad and chunky red cabbage slaw. We opened our coffee hut and pizzeria in the summer of 2023, right on the beach in Portscatho, Cornwall. Over the past few years we have transformed our small space to a hub for locals and a must stop for tourists. With over a decade of barista experience, we have fine tuned our cafe offerings to appeal to everyone. From our perfectly creamy flat whites to our strawberry iced matchas. Our coffee supplier is local and truly delicious, Foundation coffee based in St Ives. We bake all our pastries on site, creating the freshest baked good pairing for your morning coffee. We have a refined range of cakes and a great gluten free range. Our pizza is hand stretched each day by our pizzaiola, creating the perfect thin crispy base with fluffy fresh crusts. All toppings are made in house, using local seasonable produce to create our menu. Over the years we have mastered the classics and created some new and exciting pizzas.

Our menu is primarily comprised of beautiful Mexican food including tacos, guacamole and quesadillas. Carla, our lead on taste is a time served chef, trained in both Jamie Olivers Fifteen kitchen and the River Cafe in London. Jack started his culinary career at The Seafood Restaurant as commis chef. After two years he took up the position of sous chef at Rick Stein’s Café for another year. Following this, Jack then went on to Paris to stage at La Régalade, which ignited a passion for travel and a period of stage work all over the world. During this time, Jack travelled to Australia for an extended stay at Tetsuya’s in Sydney, before exploring the Far East and Japan. Upon his return to Padstow he re-entered The Seafood Restaurant as sous chef before moving on to a tournant role across the whole company, to become Executive Development Chef. Jack participates in ‘Cook with Jack Stein’ courses at Rick Stein's Cookery School, where students cook alongside him. Jack is also a familiar TV face having filmed ‘Jack Stein Down Under: Born to Cook’, a series with his brother called 'Wine, Dine, Stein', and is also a regular on Channel 4’s The Steph Show. While his recipes are inspired by cuisines from around the world, his passion lies in the freshest seafood on the doorsteps of his home in Cornwall. Operating from both our mobile catering trailer and our shop in Port Isaac, we catch, cook and pick all of our shellfish ourselves, from boat to plate. We serve dishes including dressed crab, lobster rolls, loaded fried and seasonal specials (if we catch anything different on our boat we will make a dish out of it!). We also support other local dayboat fishermen and pride ourselves on offering an authentic taste of Cornwall. It is our first year this year and we have so far visiting Porthleven food festival and the Fishermens friends festival, both of which have been a huge success. Basement 17 was forged in our tiny basement flat in Bristol during the covid pandemic. It started with tacos for our neighbours every Wednesday and has since evolved into a catering company with fire at its core. Carlos and Emily both share a passion for delivering the highest service and food. Carlos, originally from Mexico, draws on his childhood memories and love of Mexican flavours and combines this with local, seasonal produce from the South West to produce mouth-watering feasts. Carlos has worked in and run both Mexican and Mediterranean kitchens for many years and Emily has worked in management positions in pubs and cafes. What started with the spark of an idea one night has rapidly developed into the catering enterprise that we are today. Based in South Somerset, we now travel all over the South West bringing the flames to you. We are lucky enough to be surrounded by the freshest and best produce and source as much as we can from local suppliers. All our meat comes from Bagnell farm, our potatoes from our local grower and fish from Kingfisher of Brixham. Our story starts long before our trip through Mexico, it starts as childhood friends who developed a passion for entrepreneurship and other cultures and cuisines. We have always had a shared love of food and family, and were drawn to the colorful, fresh ingredients used in Mexican cuisine as well as the unity that surrounds it.
