I baked authentic Napoli style pizzas, think, big crusts and digestible keeps guests coming back for more. With a range of flavours and also a opportunity for custom pizzas me menu is very diverse. All the dough is hand made using high quality Italian flour, same with the sauce which is hand milled Italian tomatoes and seasoned with my secret ingredients, my cheese is creamy, melty and flavourful mozzarella, all meats are from an authentic Italian deli. I can cater for DF and Gf as well with an flavour combinations . I have catered for birthday parties, weddings, corporate lunches, away days, charity events, school events, ranging from 30-250 people. Me and my team are a friendly and professional bunch who's goal, morals and vision is for you and your guests to have some great pizza, good times and remember the event for the food!
