Our dough is fermented for a minimum of 24 hours, resulting in a light and airy texture that will leave you craving more. The dough is lovingly hand-stretched, topped with the finest ingredients and then stone-baked at a scorching 450°C under a roaring flame. Every bite delivers a burst of flavour.
