We serve proper Neapolitan-style wood-fired pizza. Our dough is freshly made onsite, never frozen, and undergoes a long fermentation process resulting in a super-light base and a lovely puffed-up leopard-spotted crust. We only use quality ingredients sourced from the best suppliers locally where possible.
Our custom-made Amobox shipping container has eye-catching rooftop signage and digital menu boards making it stand out from the crowd. It houses a 1.5m diameter wood-fired pizza oven giving us the capacity of 1500+ pizzas/day.

We believe we are unique in the fact that we make our dough fresh, we’ve never used frozen or pre-made bases. This is extra work for us, but we know it makes the difference between an outstanding pizza and an average one – and we only want to serve the best!
