There’s something just really special in watching someone create your food from using quality ingredients, right in front of your eyes, placed in the oven and within around 90 seconds having fresh wood fired pizza served to you. Now in its fifth year, Biddulph’s Pizzeria initially started as a hobby making pizza at home for my family and friends. My homemade pizzas were so well received that this hobby quickly flourished into a business that saw me making pizzas full time! My main aim is to be totally honest and genuine with my pizza ingredients. It is these quality ingredients, coupled with fantastic customer service, that have helped my business go from strength to strength. I import the majority of my ingredients directly from Italy and make my own pizza dough using authentic Italian Caputo flour (the best around!). I use 100% Italian mozzarella, in addition to many other quality ingredients. Combined with the fact that all of my pizzas are cooked in a purpose-built Italian wood-fired pizza oven, in my opinion (and lots of other people’s too), Biddulph’s Pizzeria creates the best authentic Italian pizza experience outside of Italy! Customer service is as important to Biddulph’s Pizzeria as the pizzas themselves. Being flexible and able to offer each customer exactly what they desire is one of the reasons my business is so special. Our business started roughly ten years ago. We initially specialised in just hog roasts, however we have managed to diverge into other specialist catering sub-divisions such as Pizzas, BBQ's, Jacket Potatoes and waffles! We have taken on more staff so that we can have multiple teams either working on the same event or multiple events at the same time. We book up very quickly but the beauty of having multiple teams and mobile catering units means we have a space available in our diary for any type of event even at short notice! Our main focus is customer service. We have stayed close to our roots with all of our events being personally organised by our events co-ordinator, Jake. Jake is available 24/7 to handle any queries or questions that our clients may have. We specialise in making the event completely stress free on the clients side. We have a short but detailed list of questions that we ask when organising the function meaning we should be able to organise the whole function with one short phone call. We then turn up, serve our delicious food and then we clear up meticulously. We aim for the client to have absolutely no stress what-so-ever regarding the section/ sections of the event that we have been asked to cater for. Our catering horse boxes look absolutely stunning and have been painstakingly restored to their 1960's glory. We have a marquee set up as well, depending on whether the client wants a more formal or more relaxed set up, we can cater accordingly. We cater for all type of events from weddings to funerals to birthdays to any type of celebration! All of our private events come with glowing reviews. Our staff are very well trained and our equipment is meticulously maintained. If you're looking for a caterer to pair with your function then look no further.
