Our story began over 10 years ago in a hill top restaurant in Tuscany, the wood fired oven was only fired up once a week, we'd been waiting all week for that night, it was to be the first of many wood fired pizzas. As soon as we laid eyes on our margherita, we immediately ordered another, after devouring two pizzas we knew we had to discover the magical ways of the wood fired pizza chef.
So, we quit our day job and have spent the last decade working in some of the finest pizzerias in the country, and over a million pizzas later we have decided it is time to work under our own banner!
We still have the same passion for pizza as we did on that night in Tuscany, if anything it has grown. We'd love to give you the same feeling we had when eating that amazing first wood fired pizza.
We believe in the slow process of long fermenting our dough and don't cut any corners, all good things come to those who wait.
We search far and wide for the very best ingredients we can find, partnering with local small farms and social enterprises to source the very best local ingredients.
We love to be a part of people's celebrations and hope to spread the good word of pizza. We know service with a smile is just as important as the food, and as our team are also our friends, we bring a friendly feeling to all of the events we attend.
