Welcome to MANDALA, our female-led venture offering Himalayan dumplings and Lunch Boxes to the streets of London and beyond.
We’ve recently catered events such as Christmas at Kew, Wireless Festival, Wilderness, Wide Awake, Mighty Hoopla Festival, Reading + Leeds and Download to name just a few - and for many major corporates, such as Goldman Sachs, Amazon, Trustpilot’s Summer Party last year, amongst others.
We'd love to tell you a little bit more about what we have to offer, but first, let’s get some mouths watering, right? Take a peek at our naturally green vegan dumplings, nestled nicely in their biodegradable packaging and slathered with our homemade chilli oil - there's more for you to drool over in our photo gallery - have a peep!
Our Menu Items
MANDALA’s dumplings come in three variations:
• Traditional Pork & Leek Dumplings: Our take on the traditional Himalayan staple.
• Signature Beef Dumplings: Our true signature dumpling! Beef marinated for over 24 hours in our own special blend.
• Vegan Dumplings: A delicate combination of mixed vegetables, wrapped in our naturally green spinach-blended dough.
Want to try a little bit of everything? We've got you - guests will have the option to 'Mix and Match' their order, creating their own truly unique combinations!
All portions are then topped with soy sauce, sesame seeds, spring onion and our homemade MANDALA chilli oil (all optional, but extremely recommended).
We've also serve our Himalayan Lunch Boxes, which took the title of ‘Best Dish of 2024’ at Togather’s Supplier Awards - which consist of the following:
• Enlighten Your Tastebuds - our fan-favourite 24 hour marinated beef mince, nestled on top of a bed of fluffy rice with seasonal greens for company.
• The Nirvana Bowl - a nutritious plant-based rice bowl featuring slow-cooked chickpeas in tomato, caramelised onion and spices over a bed of fluffy rice.
We’re committed to minimising our impact on the planet – that’s why all our dumplings and lunch boxes are handmade using traditional Himalayan recipes with locally sourced, sustainable produce. It doesn’t stop there though; all our packaging is biodegradable. So, once we’ve fed you, you can feed the planet by composting your empty packaging. We’re sure mother nature would love our dumplings too, but hey – we made them for you!
