Shane serves tacos from a 1978 American step van he restored himself. It's one of the only trucks in the UK cooking al pastor on a traditional trompo. Everything is made fresh on site, from the hand-pressed tortillas to the salsas and the 14-hour lamb carnitas. The motto is "Tacos For The People", and since launching just last year Shane has built a proper community around the brand with merch drops and a members-only Taco Club.
