Here at The Pizza Co, run by Dave and Ashley, we use sourdough for our pizza bases and provide vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. Sourdough pizza offers a more flavourful and easily digestible crust compared to traditional yeast-based pizza. The fermentation process breaks down gluten, making it easier on the stomach and tastes AMAZING! We can provide decorations and mood lighting for the horsebox, in addition to this (if your guests are not paying us directly for their own pizzas) we can also supply a table outside the horsebox for the pre-ordered pizzas.
