There’s something just really special in watching someone create your food from using quality ingredients, right in front of your eyes, placed in the oven and within around 90 seconds having fresh wood fired pizza served to you. Now in its fifth year, Biddulph’s Pizzeria initially started as a hobby making pizza at home for my family and friends. My homemade pizzas were so well received that this hobby quickly flourished into a business that saw me making pizzas full time! My main aim is to be totally honest and genuine with my pizza ingredients. It is these quality ingredients, coupled with fantastic customer service, that have helped my business go from strength to strength. I import the majority of my ingredients directly from Italy and make my own pizza dough using authentic Italian Caputo flour (the best around!). I use 100% Italian mozzarella, in addition to many other quality ingredients. Combined with the fact that all of my pizzas are cooked in a purpose-built Italian wood-fired pizza oven, in my opinion (and lots of other people’s too), Biddulph’s Pizzeria creates the best authentic Italian pizza experience outside of Italy! Customer service is as important to Biddulph’s Pizzeria as the pizzas themselves. Being flexible and able to offer each customer exactly what they desire is one of the reasons my business is so special. Nomad was born in 2022. The business itself is a culmination of a lot of things but especially my desire to cook a variety of different food. The people behind the business are me (Kieran) and my partner (Natalie). I am an avid chef that loves creating a range of different dishes from a huge range a cuisines. We truly love world cuisine (which is reflected in our business name) and have a special passion for eating. This is a 50/50 joint enterprise between me and Natalie but I specialise in savoury food and Natalie focuses primarily on sweet food and desserts. We have a huge repertoire of dishes that we have cooked and also that we are willing to test and try. Some of our menu options can be seen on our profile, but this isn’t ann exhaustive list. Nearly all of our food is homemade, with as many local and authentic ingredients as possible. We cater for every kind of different event imaginable but most of our schedule is taken up by wedding bookings and larger scale corporate events. We offer a wide range of services and meals, and our USP is that, within reason, we can try and offer you bespoke meals and accompaniments. We do this for two main reasons. The first is that this allows us flexibility as a business that other caterers and street food providers can't offer. The second is that we really love experimenting with food, and creating new meals and menus and this approach allows us to express ourselves and learn as chefs.
