Basement 17 was forged in our tiny basement flat in Bristol during the covid pandemic. It started with tacos for our neighbours every Wednesday and has since evolved into a catering company with fire at its core. Carlos and Emily both share a passion for delivering the highest service and food. Carlos, originally from Mexico, draws on his childhood memories and love of Mexican flavours and combines this with local, seasonal produce from the South West to produce mouth-watering feasts.
