Twerk'N'Jerk

Twerk’N’Jerk started in a garden during lockdown, when food became a way to bring people together at a time of isolation and uncertainty. What began as small home-cooked Caribbean meals quickly grew into a mobile gazebo operation, built on word-of-mouth, community support, and a strong sense of cultural pride. Today, the business operates across multiple sites and events, but the same ethos remains at the core: bold, authentic Afro-Caribbean flavours served with consistency, speed, and care.
What sets us apart is that we don’t treat Caribbean food as a trend or an adaptation — it’s rooted in lived culture, family recipes, and proper technique. Our approach is also highly operational: we design menus that work in real service environments, whether that’s festivals, corporate events, or cultural programmes, without losing integrity in flavour or presentation.
We also sit at the intersection of food and culture. We regularly work within creative, youth, and heritage spaces, meaning our service is as much about representation and storytelling as it is about catering. That combination of authenticity, operational discipline, and cultural grounding is what makes Twerk’N’Jerk different from standard event caterers.
