Zee has built a successful career within high end hospitality, managing some of London's most prestigious bars and restaurants, including the view from the Shard, The Savoy and The Langham Hotel. His passion for food has taken him across America, where he learned a variety of culinary techniques, alongside some of the best Pit Masters in the industry. He developed a particular love for cooking slow smoked juicy tender meats, slit roasted and barbeque grilled meats.
Saba's passion for food began at a young age, inspired by family recipes that have been passed down through a generation of cooks. Alongside her culinary expertise, including bespoke handmade samosa’s, authentic biryanis and curries, Saba has successfully catered and managed large-scale events, including weddings, food markets, international cricket matches at Lord's and rugby fixtures at Twickenham Stadium.
Our ethos is simple: to create food that is as memorable as the occasion itself. We specialise in bold, flavour-packed dishes that combine traditional recipes with contemporary techniques, delivering something truly unique. From our vibrant street food gazebo to our interactive live-cooking, including barbeques and our signature Mamosa Chaat Station, every element is designed to engage guests and create an experience that excites all the senses.
