Our high output unit is used to operating at busy festival and events across the country, our team are enthusiastic about what they serve. Our award winning chef is passionate about the dishes he creates using quality ingredients to satisfy hungry festival goers, as well as understanding the different allergen needs of customers. Our unit is kitted out with quality industry leading equipment, ensuring we can serve over 1,000 customers per day, consistently without compromising on quality and service.

We keep our food wastage to a minimum, as we are very good at estimating the portions of food for each day, we are also very clean in our food unit, by cleaning as we go, we keep non recyclable wastage very low. and we only use biodegradable packaging and wooden cutlery.
We also cook everything fresh onsite, using fresh ingredients to enable to give restaurant quality satisfaction.
