New for this year, we are launching our Travelling Greek Taverna, a converted shipping container currently being built in collaboration with a London based stage set builder. We have operated as a mobile pizza unit circa. 2014. Serving 'Neapolitan Pizza' with our own twist, at weddings, private parties, corporate events and now at our very own restaurant in Newcastle Upon-Tyne. Having trained in Naples with Enzo Coccia’s La Notizia Pizzeria, we brought our newfound skills back to the North-East to serve ‘Neapolitan Pizza’ on Newcastle quayside market to the willing customers. With a keen team of chefs, and experimental owners, we are always trying to create new and exciting flavours for pizzas. Pushing the boat out from the traditional Neapolitan pizza, has made us have a name for ourselves as the daring pizza chefs. Whether it be lobster on a pizza, or a pizza on a bagel, we are always willing to try something new. Having a good quality product, is always at the front of our minds. We make all our dough in house, and use the best suppliers for our cheese, meats, and veg. From start to finish, our pizzas have the love, care and attention needed to bring the flavour! We serve from our very own ‘Goliath the Pizza Van’, a custom-built van that can pull up almost anywhere and be ready to go within the hour. A diverse van that can bring the sleek look to your festival style wedding or feed the hungry workers in the office car park, we are able to cater for all style of events. We are a small team of only 2/3 when working in the van, and always keen to crack a conversation to the hungry customers, whether it be about pizza, pints, or anything else we can guarantee you’ll leave smiling.
