The Wedding Pizza Company has been making their delicious pizzas for weddings, parties, and corporate events since 2017. We run 7 trucks and are based in Shropdhire, Warwickshire and Twickenham. Our dough is made with a starter "born" in 1908 and Caputo flour imported from Naples, a pinch of salt and purified water. No thing else! Each converted horseboxes/cattle trucks each capable of producing 60 made to order sourdough pizzas per hour. They can provide gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan pizzas. Basement 17 was forged in our tiny basement flat in Bristol during the covid pandemic. It started with tacos for our neighbours every Wednesday and has since evolved into a catering company with fire at its core. Carlos and Emily both share a passion for delivering the highest service and food. Carlos, originally from Mexico, draws on his childhood memories and love of Mexican flavours and combines this with local, seasonal produce from the South West to produce mouth-watering feasts. Carlos has worked in and run both Mexican and Mediterranean kitchens for many years and Emily has worked in management positions in pubs and cafes. What started with the spark of an idea one night has rapidly developed into the catering enterprise that we are today. Based in South Somerset, we now travel all over the South West bringing the flames to you. We are lucky enough to be surrounded by the freshest and best produce and source as much as we can from local suppliers. All our meat comes from Bagnell farm, our potatoes from our local grower and fish from Kingfisher of Brixham.
