The dogs are stuffed with with the famous, handcrafted Lashford’s Sausages from Birmingham and are served either from their super cool horse box trailer or their market stall-style set-up. Everything is sourced as locally as it can be and they use only the highest quality produce they can get their hands on. As mentioned above, the sausages are made especially for them by Brum legends, A.W Lashfords, which any local will tell you is a great thing! They then cook them up onsite at events in local beer, which keeps them really juicy, and grill them on an open flame BBQ to give them a fantastic ‘snap’ and crispy finish.
