Then the pandemic hit, and we had to quickly adapt, so we had two short-term pop-ups in Essex and Herts. Now, since October 2020, we have residence at the Saracens Head pub in Hertford, and have been able to expand our menu and reach. We already have music events, foodie events, and weddings being booked up each year for us to attend, but keen to add more. As of Autumn 2022 we are now able to offer an exceptional new plated menu with waiting service. We are super excited to offer this service moving forward, to enhance your wedding/private event with a quality two/three course meal.
