The Origins of Oatopia: Founded in Sussex in 2012 by endurance athlete Tamar Coleman, Oatopia was born out of frustration with the lack of delicious and nutritionally-replenishing snacks on offer at events. Tamar took it upon herself to change this and with her family at her side, developed a wide menu of oat-based foods including her homemade flapjacks. In 2023, Tamar took the decision to focus on taking her flapjacks nationwide.
