Inspired by the rich culinary heritage of Naples, we trained in Italy to perfect the art of traditional pizza-making. What makes us unique? We’re a fully off-grid mobile pizzeria, powered by lithium-ion batteries—meaning no noisy generators, just a seamless, eco-friendly setup. Our van is equipped with running water, heaters, lights, and stylish decorations, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere wherever we go. We cook with real wood fire in a professional oven, unlike many caterers who use domestic gas alternatives. Our 12-inch pizzas offer more value compared to the 10-inch standard often found at our price point. Most importantly, our slow-fermented dough, made in-house to a traditional recipe, ensures every bite is packed with flavor and texture.
