Our dough is made with a starter "born" in 1908 and Caputo flour imported from Naples, a pinch of salt and purified water. No thing else! Each converted horseboxes/cattle trucks each capable of producing 60 made to order sourdough pizzas per hour. They can provide gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan pizzas.
