Sticks’n’Sushi was founded in 1994 by brothers Jens and Kim Rahbek and Thor Andersen. Taking inspiration from their half-Japanese, half-Danish background, they created a unique cuisine that combines two culinary traditions.
Fast forward to 2025 we now have 15 restaurants in the UK, 12 in Denmark and 3 in Berlin alongside out thriving catering department, serving restaurant quality in the comfort of your home or workplace.

CATERING
When it comes to big events and momentous occasions our dedicated events team are with you every step of the way! From initial consultation to event execution, we promise you a day to remember.
And as we know no two events are the same, we build your day around your personal requirements and specifications focusing on detail, practicality, budget, and of course, aesthetics. Your event, your way!
We specialise in corporate and private circulated canape & bowl food receptions, food station pop-ups and grazing buffets as well as fully seated dining experiences serving our restaurant favourites. Events can be personalised, branded or white labelled with optional live sushi rolling.
To fully compliment your event, we offer a wide selection of specially selected wines, beers and carefully curated cocktails mixed by out talented bartenders.
All events are costed according to number of guests, date, menu, duration and the staff and equipment required. Chefs will automatically be included in your event breakdown, bar tenders and waiters are optional inclusions and costed accordingly.
