We are a family run business, my brother (Daniel) and I have been in the industry for 5 years now and we are locally based in Chesham.

FishMyChips was started in 2020, before that we started out with a small fish and chips van that would cater for private parties, weddings, corporate events and festivals but we quickly realised we was onto something with our approach to using only the finest fresh, high quality products to make our fish and chips and FishMyChips was born.

we have been working in the mobile catering industry for 60 years with our grandparents being one of the originators with a mobile fish and chip bus traveling events in the late 60's a lot has changed since then and our business has grown a lot however we still have a special place for our traditional fish and chip trailer that we still batter the fish the same today however its not all traditional as we are ever changing keeping up with the latest style units, marquees, etc and with the latest food trends whilst being committed to sustainability by using eco practices as much as possible so we can offer the best foods with the least impact

The Gourmet Griddle is a street food catering company based on a free-range farm in Tunbridge Wells, offering Aberdeen Angus burgers and other steak cuts.

We serve authentic, sustainable fish & chips with traditional accompaniments like pickled Gherkins and Mushy Peas from our beautifully restored Citron H van.
