Here's RIAT in the same narrative register, written to sit in the past without pointing at the change of hands: The Royal International Air Tattoo (RIAT) is one of the UK's largest and most logistically complicated events, staged on a rural, high-security military airbase and drawing more than 100 traders into its footprint. Over three years running the show's food and beverage operation, Togather turned that complexity into an advantage, delivering a significant increase in spend per head against a backdrop that would test any events team: remote access, tight security and a working airbase to operate around. It's the kind of event that puts Togather's operational capability to the sharpest possible test, and one we rose to every year we were there.

Togather have been a fantastic partner for the Royal International Air Tattoo. Their professionalism, communication, and commitment to improvement each year has been clear from the outset. The 2024 event was an outstanding success, and the post-event report they delivered highlighted just how strong the results were across public catering. Their recommendations for 2025 were well-thought-through and aligned perfectly with our ambitions for the show. The team are a pleasure to work with - responsive, collaborative, and always proactive in finding solutions. Even through challenges like connectivity, sustainability reporting, and weather-related complications, their approach remained positive and solutions-driven.
