We wanted to make the best food, with the best ingredients, while still selling it a reasonable price, while using our own menus and ideas. We had a custom made airstream fitted out to our own specification, we didnt want to restrict our ideas on cuisines or menus, so we decided we want to do it all. Our trailer is completely modular, so depending on the event or foods cooked, we can customise kit to fit what we need for that specific event. Thats what makes us so unique in this market, we can roll upto your drive with a fully kitted kitchen on wheels and make a fantastic multi course dinner for you at home, or be serving wood fired pizza off of our wood burning pizza oven at a local event, the only limitation we have is your imagination. This company has been spoken about for years, but never getting much traction. With a new addition to the Elenness family, we needed some flexability with our working hours, so we finally made the leap to get stuck into our own company with our own ethos and our own dreams, So Elenness was born!
