Head chef Fi quit her city job in finance to bring a modern twist on delicious Caribbean food and they've been going from strength to strength ever since. Lime Hut have also catered for an impressive list of clients such as Apple, Salesforce and even Mike Skinner from The Streets! They pride themselves on their award-winning party canape and bowl food menu but have also found their lane bringing a bit of sunshine and fun to corporate lunches - catering for a range of dietary needs including gluten free, veggie/vegan and halal. Lime Hut are particularly proud of their LIME HUT HELPS programme which provides mentoring and work opportunities to young people aged 16-25.
