What We Do

Each piece is marinated overnight in spiced buttermilk, coated in our secret flour blend, then double fried, first low and slow for juicy tenderness and then hot and fast for next-level crisp. Straight from the fryer, it dives into our herbed duck fat chilli oil, a fusion of Nashville hot oil and Japanese rayu, before being seasoned exactly how you like it, whether that is a gentle kick or full-blown togarashi fire.
