Here at The Pizza Co, run by Dave and Ashley, we use sourdough for our pizza bases and provide vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. Sourdough pizza offers a more flavourful and easily digestible crust compared to traditional yeast-based pizza. The fermentation process breaks down gluten, making it easier on the stomach and tastes AMAZING! We can provide decorations and mood lighting for the horsebox, in addition to this (if your guests are not paying us directly for their own pizzas) we can also supply a table outside the horsebox for the pre-ordered pizzas. They will be placed on wooden pizza boards and topped up when necessary throughout the event as a buffet style. For the boring bit.....but for your peace of mind, we are members of Nationwide Catering Association (NCASS). Our chef Dave has a Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering, and all our staff are Food Hygiene qualified. We have a combined experience of over 20 years within the catering industry and are fully insured. All our electrical equipment is PAT tested and checked annually and we have our own Risk Assessments, Health and Safety Policy and COSHH Assessments. It started with tacos for our neighbours every Wednesday and has since evolved into a catering company with fire at its core. Since 2012, Los Churros Amigos have been serving the freshest churros and melted Belgian chocolate. They aim to excel in two key aspects: quality and efficiency. This means Hugo and his team can ensure there’s no running out of their incredible churros or slow moving queues at your event. Their churros marry the traditional Spanish sweet with an English sweet tooth, bringing milky but rich Belgian chocolate together with light, fluffy and crunchy dough. Los Churros Amigos have taken care to ensure their suppliers are UK based where possible and now use Cornish sea salt, UK beet sugar and organic flour from a local mill in the Cotswolds. The only thing that isn't UK based is the chocolate but they figured leaving that to the Belgians was a good compromise. Their churros can be made vegan even with a vegan chocolate dip, designed to emulate the milkiness of standard chocolate but being entirely devoid of milk and just as delicious. Los Churros Amigos have worked at most major festivals in the UK, served NFL, football and rugby fans at Wembley and Twickenham and carried out month-long, branded university tours for YouTube and other huge brands.
