I grew up on the street food carts of Udon Thani, where I learned that good Thai food is really just love with chilli in it. Mihai's my partner in absolutely everything — life, business, terrible ideas that somehow worked out. In 2019 we quit our jobs, packed our nerves away, and built this from nothing but a wok and a bit of hope. Since then: 100,000+ spring rolls rolled by hand (our fingers have earned a rest, but they're not getting one), 750 litres of coconut milk, and over 200 events a peak season — most weekends fully booked with people trusting us with their big days. We've cooked for Warner Bros, the NHS, and Holland & Barrett, but honestly, our favourite moments are the small ones — a grandma asking for the recipe, a groom sneaking back for thirds. We move quickly, 300 guests an hour, but nothing about the food is rushed. Every dish still carries that same balance we grew up with — salty, sweet, sour, spicy — made with care, not shortcuts.
