Unlike a traditional dessert station, every serving at Roll Me Up is prepared fresh in front of your guests on frozen pans using fresh Cotswold ice cream.
Guests choose from bespoke flavour combinations while watching each dessert being mixed, spread, hand-rolled and served to order, turning dessert into an interactive experience that naturally attracts attention and encourages people to stop, watch and engage.

Designed specifically for corporate environments, our setup fits comfortably within a 1.5m × 2m footprint and requires just a single standard power socket, making it suitable for exhibition stands, conference venues, offices and event spaces. Branding can extend across our carts, cups and wafers, with standard production lead times of two weeks for branded assets and one week for branded wafers. We also offer vegan and dietary-friendly options to help cater for a broad range of guests. Public Liability Insurance and food safety documentation are carried as standard and are available on request before booking.
