The Mai Dim Sum team has created a contemporary gourmet, dim sum focussed menu. Our menu is simple, creative, fresh and delicious. All of our dim sum are handmade. Our head dim sum chef worked at internationally renowned Hakkasan Group. Core to our company’s values is sustainability and environmental responsibility. All of our packaging is 100% recyclable and the menu has been designed to limit food waste as much as possible. The business was born in the pandemic and began trading out of cloud kitchens delivering food to South West and North London. After over a year’s trade and having delivered over 8000 orders, the company is expanding into nationwide frozen dim sum delivery and catering for parties. The business was set up by husband and wife, Louis and Yuan, both passionate about the business and providing delicious full of flavour dim sum to the nation.
